Lead Generation : Build Your Own List to Generate Quality Leads




If you are really serious about generating high quality leads, you should think about creating your own marketing list instead of buying from online companies. Here's how you can do that:

1. Traffic.

The first thing that you need to do is to drive enormous traffic to your website. Doing this may take some time and energy but you can be assured that it will worth it. Start by optimizing your web content and building inbound links so your site will come up prominently on relevant searches. Then, promote your site through blogging, forum posting, article marketing, video marketing, and social media marketing.

2. Opt-in Forms.

Make sure that you put enticing opt-in forms on all pages of your website. You can also use those floating opt-in forms that will usually come up before your visitors leave your site. Do not ask for too much information. Names and contact information are enough.

3. Communicate Benefits.

Create a page within your website where you can discuss the benefits that your potential clients can get once they sign up with you. For easy reading, I recommend that you list them in bullet points. It would help if you can put testimonials of your other subscribers.

4. Freebies.

Online users will most likely to share their name and email address with you if they are getting something in return. Offer them with free eBooks, Newsletters, or reports. You can also invite them to attend your Teleseminars for free. Make sure that your freebies speak volumes about your expertise to easily earn the trust and confidence of these people.
